The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Basic, Hobby, Startup, and Enterprise). Each plan includes a specific allocation of credits that are consumed when AI agents process requests. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
Credits are consumed when AI agents process requests through the Service. Credit usage varies based on the AI model used and the complexity of the request. When credits are exhausted, agent functionality may be limited until credits are replenished. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@acris.ai for refund requests.

The Service allows you to connect third-party services and integrations. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Acris AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acris AI and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acris AI and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) will survive.
